Play doubles tennis indoors on Wednesday nights in the northern part of town
at Public Indoor Tennis in Spring Lake Park. Games start October 5 and will run
through March 2012. Cost is $14.50 for courts reserved for 1.5 hours, or $13 for courts reserved for just 1 hour. We have 2 courts, but on 5 nights, 1 of the courts is just for 1 hour and PIT can't tell us yet (as of 10/4/11) which nights they are; fortunately, Chris is on top of it: please contact him for details. Fridays at Fred Wells/Fort Snelling Mpls
1/16/2012 Update: We are playing each Friday till spring from7-9pm, 1 spot open level 3.0+:
Sitzmark is hosting indoor tennis on Friday nights this winter season 2011-2012 at Fred Wells Tennis Center at Fort Snelling. We have 5 courts on most Fridays from 7-9pm for mixed doubles, skill level 3.0-4.0. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early, and be on the court and ready to play at the start time. We rotate players every half hour, no-ad scoring.Fred Wells Tennis and Learning Center is at 100 Federal Dr, Fort Snelling, MN 55111-4036.

Please contact the organizer and arrange for payment. If you have a spot, you may pay using Paypal. Paypal will send a receipt to the organizer, but please bring a receipt with you, especially if you are paying on the day of the game. You can pay for more than 1 person by adjusting the quantity on the next screen. Join us for refreshments afterwards at Champps on West 7th or other location to be determined. If you need to cancel, or will be late, contact the organizer ASAP. Refunds are handled individually: generally you must give 24-hours notice, and we must be able to find a replacement. The spots will fill up fast. We hope to see you on the court!

Saturday Night Tennis Mixer & Pizza with The Other Tennis Club (OTC) St. Paul Indoor Tennis Club Every 3rd Saturday Feb 18 - April 21 7 - 10:50 pm
Join fellow Sitzmarker, Scott Chapman, at OTC’s Saturday night tennis and pizza mixers every third Saturday throughout the winter. Cost is around 20 bucks. Sunday Tennis Anyone and Potluck Party (Monthly) Feb 19
Feburary 19, play from 12-6 pm. Tennis Anyone Mixer, Drills, and Potluck Dinner Lifetime Fitness, Lakeville Sitzmark begins its indoor season with Sunday tennis at Lifetime Fitness in Lakeville. Play starts at noon and goes till 5pm. We will have 6 courts and 50 players of all abilities playing doubles, rotating partners after each set. Please bring a dish to share for potluck. We are also offering separate 1-hour drills for beginner, intermediate,and advanced players about 12:30-3pm. Please request to be in the drill when you sign up and pay. Class size will be limited to the first 12 people. Cost is still only $20 for Sitzmark members, $25 for non-members (see www.sitzmarkmn.org membership for details on dues). We’ll play lots of tennis and enjoy a potluck dinner. Tennis balls, plates, napkins, plastic utensils and soft drinks are provided. Please bring a dish to share. Even if you don’t play tennis, please come and join Sitzmarkers for the potluck. Lakeville Lifetime has a great party area with a fireplace overlooking the courts to watch the games and socialize. Lakeville Lifetime Fitness is located at 18425 Dodd Road, Lakeville, MN 55044. It is a beautiful facility with a pool, hottub, sauna, and nice locker rooms. You do not have to be a member of Lifetime to play at our special tennis event. In November, we had over 55 players. We hope to see you on the court!
